Company Objectives

The primary objectives of SPI International Consulting B.V. have been formulated to define the operational activities of the company and to provide a range of other operational functions:

• Implementation of EU, bi-lateral and multinational donor-funded technical assistance projects and programs in the field of socio-economic development and environment, all kinds of engineering works construction supervision,
• Provision of advice, capacity development and technical assistance support to private and public sector organizations in EU member countries, and any other countries, particularly in the context of the management and use of EU Funding Instruments with a focus on the new EU member states and Candidate Countries and third countries funded and supported by the EU.
• Promotion of experience in the management and implementation of international development programs through technical assistance, knowledge transfer and dissemination of good practice.
• Provision of extensive consultancy on management, change, project management consultancy, information technologies and engineering, training, human resources, integration and merger, restructuring, strategy project design and support services to private or public or semi-official organizations at national and international level.
• Providing engineering services, all kinds of engineering works, designs, project management, construction supervision, engineering, technical and economic feasibility studies including planning, economic management and development studies and all other related activities.
• Investing in information technologies and related infrastructure, to carry out development, production, engineering, consultancy and R&D projects in all kinds of computer software, hardware, informatics, communication, telecommunication, internet and system integration.

  • to produce all information technology development services to market,
• Participating in all kinds of tenders and entering commitments.
• Establishing partnerships with individuals and companies operating or established or to be established in the country and abroad related to its subject in the form consortium, joint venture as a partner, leading partner and sub-contractor.
• Carrying out the business of a general commercial company undertaking any trade, business, project or enterprise, of a public or private nature, and any process or activity incidental or conducive to, or connected with such business by itself or with any associated company or organization as the company may decide to promote, improve and develop the interests of the company.
• To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills, cheques, and other instruments, and operate bank accounts in the name of the Company.
• To incorporate, participate in, conduct the management of and take any other financial interest in other companies and enterprises.
• Rendering administrative, technical, financial, economic or managerial services to other companies, people or enterprises.
• Carrying out all kinds of management consultancy, engineering, consultancy, agency consultancy works, Financial Legal and Investment consultancy.
• Carrying out representation, contracting services, import and export works related to its subject.
• Conducting research related to the subject of occupation, to participate in domestic and foreign fairs, to search for export opportunities.
